가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률 제105조(무효인 행위의 가족관계등록기록의 정정)

①신고로 인하여 효력이 발생하는 행위에 관하여 등록부에 기록하였으나 그 행위가 무효임이 명백한 때에는 신고인 또는 신고사건의 본인은 사건 본인의 등록기준지를 관할하는 가정법원의 허가를 받아 등록부의 정정을 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2013.7.30>
