가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률 제104조(위법한 가족관계 등록기록의 정정)

①등록부의 기록이 법률상 허가될 수 없는 것 또는 그 기재에 착오나 누락이 있다고 인정한 때에는 이해관계인은 사건 본인의 등록기준지를 관할하는 가정법원의 허가를 받아 등록부의 정정을 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2013.7.30>
