가정폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 제55조의3(피해자보호명령의 기간)

① 제55조의2제1항 각 호의 피해자보호명령의 기간은 1년을 초과할 수 없다. 다만, 피해자의 보호를 위하여 그 기간의 연장이 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 직권이나 피해자, 그 법정대리인 또는 검사의 청구에 따른 결정으로 2개월 단위로 연장할 수 있다. <개정 2020.10.20>

② 제1항 및 제55조의2제3항에 따라 피해자보호명령의 기간을 연장하거나 그 종류를 변경하는 경우 종전의 처분기간을 합산하여 3년을 초과할 수 없다. <개정 2020.10.20>
