긴급전화센터, 상담소 또는 보호시설의 장은 가정폭력행위자로부터 피해자 또는 그 상담원 등 종사자를 긴급히 구조할 필요가 있는 경우 관할 경찰관서의 장에게 그 소속 직원의 동행을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 경찰관서의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다. <개정 2013.7.30>
