가사소송규칙 제120조의5(양육비 직접지급명령 취소의 관할)
법 제63조의2제3항에 따른 양육비 직접지급명령 취소에 관한 사건은 양육비 직접지급명령을 발령한 가정법원의 전속관할로 한다.
