가맹사업 진흥에 관한 법률 제14조(사업전환에 필요한 정보 제공 등)

① 정부는 가맹사업자로의 전환을 추진하는 중소기업자(「중소기업기본법」 제2조에 따른 중소기업자를 말한다. 이하 같다)와 다른 가맹사업으로의 전환을 추진하는 가맹사업자에게 기술ㆍ판로 및 진출 업종 등 사업전환에 필요한 정보를 제공하기 위하여 필요한 시책을 추진할 수 있다.
