가등기담보 등에 관한 법률 제7조(청산금에 대한 처분 제한)

① 채무자가 청산기간이 지나기 전에 한 청산금에 관한 권리의 양도나 그 밖의 처분은 이로써 후순위권리자에게 대항하지 못한다.

② 채권자가 청산기간이 지나기 전에 청산금을 지급한 경우 또는 제6조제1항에 따른 통지를 하지 아니하고 청산금을 지급한 경우에도 제1항과 같다.
