가덕도신공항 건설을 위한 특별법 제13조(신공항 건립추진단)

① 신공항건설사업의 원활한 추진과 효율적인 관리를 위하여 국토교통부에 신공항 건립추진단(이하 "추진단"이라 한다)을 둔다.

(1) A어 New누 Airport에어포트 Construction컨스트^r럭션 Promotion프^r러모우션 Team팀 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Promotion프^r러모우션 Team")팀 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 in인 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 for^f포 smooth스무^ð드 promotion프^r러모우션 and앤드 efficient이^f피션트 management매너지먼트 of어^v브 the^ð더 new누 airport에어포트 construction컨스트^r럭션 project.프^r라젝트

② 국토교통부장관은 추진단의 원활한 업무수행을 위하여 필요한 때에는 관계 중앙행정기관의 장, 지방자치단체의 장, 관계 기관ㆍ법인ㆍ단체 및 사업시행자에게 소속 공무원 또는 임직원의 파견을 요청할 수 있다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 추진단의 구성 및 운영 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
