Enforcement Decree of the Act on Promotion of Development and Distribution of Environmentally Friendly Ships, Article 12 (Standards and Methods, etc. of Support for Conversion to Environmentally Friendly Ships)

① 법 제12조제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 해당하는 노후선박"이란 선령(船齡)이 20년 이상인 선박으로서 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 선박을 말한다.

② 법 제12조제2항에 따라 지원을 받을 수 있는 자는 제10조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자로서 환경친화적 선박에 해당하지 않는 선박(이하 "일반선박"이라 한다)을 폐선(廢船)하고 환경친화적 선박의 건조를 발주하는 자로 한다.

③ 해양수산부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 제2항에 따른 자에게 다음 각 호에 해당하는 지원을 할 수 있다.

1. 일반선박을 폐선하고 환경친화적 선박을 건조하는 데 필요한 자금의 일부를 보조하거나 필요한 자금을 융자할 경우 그 대출이자의 일부 보조
