환경분쟁 조정 및 환경피해 구제 등에 관한 법률 제47조(조정위원의 지명 등)

① 조정은 3명의 위원으로 구성되는 조정위원회에서 한다.

(1) Mediation미디에이션 shall섈 be비 conducted컨덕티드 by바이 a어 mediation미디에이션 committee커미티 composed컴포우즈드 of어^v브 three^θ쓰^r리 members.멤버즈

② 조정위원회의 위원(이하 "조정위원"이라 한다)은 사건마다 위원회의 위원 중에서 위원회의 위원장이 지명하되, 제9조제1항제2호에 해당하는 사람이 1명 이상 포함되어야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 a어 mediation미디에이션 committee커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "mediation미디에이션 members")멤버즈 shall섈 be비 designated데지그네이티드 for^f포 each이치 case케이스 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee,커미티 and앤드 at앳 least리스트 one원 person퍼슨 falling^f팔링 under언더 Article아터클 9 (1) 2 shall섈 be비 included.인클루디드

③ 조정위원회의 회의는 조정위원회의 위원장이 소집한다.

(3) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 a어 mediation미디에이션 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 mediation미디에이션 committee.커미티

④ 조정위원회의 회의는 구성원 전원의 출석으로 개의하고, 구성원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) A어 mediation미디에이션 committee커미티 meeting미팅 shall섈 open오우픈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 all올 its잇츠 members멤버즈 and앤드 decide디사이드 by바이 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 its잇츠 members.멤버즈
