환경분야 시험ㆍ검사 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제17조의2(고유식별정보의 처리)

기후에너지환경부장관(제17조에 따라 기후에너지환경부장관의 권한을 위임받은 자를 포함한다), 시ㆍ도지사, 대도시 시장(해당 권한이 위임ㆍ위탁된 경우에는 그 권한을 위임ㆍ위탁받은 자를 포함한다) 또는 법 제21조에 따라 환경측정분석사 교육 및 검정기관의 지정을 받은 기관의 장은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호에 따른 주민등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2018.12.11, 2025.10.1>
