Enforcement Decree of the Act on Testing and Inspection in the Environmental Field, Article 12 (Registration Criteria for Measurement Agency Business)

① 법 제16조제1항에 따라 측정대행업의 등록을 하려는 자가 갖춰야 할 기술능력, 시설 및 장비는 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2012.7.31, 2017.7.17, 2022.8.16, 2025.10.1>

1. 기술능력: 다음 각 목의 요건을 모두 갖출 것

가. 다음의 기술인력을 갖출 것

나. 법 제18조의2제2항제1호에 따른 표준시료의 분석능력에 대한 숙련도를 갖출 것(소음ㆍ진동 분야는 제외한다)

다. 법 제18조의2제2항제2호에 따른 현장평가 결과 적합 판정을 받을 것(소음ㆍ진동 분야는 제외한다)
