환경분야 시험ㆍ검사 등에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제28조(교육 결과의 보고 및 관리)

① 국립환경인재개발원의 장은 매년 해당 연도의 교육 실적을 다음 해 1월 15일까지 기후에너지환경부장관에게 보고해야 한다. <개정 2020.9.29, 2025.10.1>

② 국립환경인재개발원의 장은 교육대상자가 교육을 마쳤는지를 시ㆍ도지사 또는 대도시 시장이 확인할 수 있도록 교육을 받은 사람의 인적 사항과 교육시기 등을 항시 관리해야 한다. <개정 2018.12.13, 2020.9.29>
