Enforcement Decree of the Chemicals Control Act, Article 9-2 (Persons Subject to Reporting of Manufacture, Import, or Use of Authorization Substances)

법 제19조제7항에서 "허가물질을 국외로 전량 수출하기 위하여 제조ㆍ수입하려는 자 등 대통령령으로 정하는 자"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자를 말한다.
