화물자동차 운수사업법 제61조(보고와 검사)

① 국토교통부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 운수사업자나 화물자동차의 소유자 또는 사용자에 대하여 그 사업 및 운임에 관한 사항이나 그 화물자동차의 소유 또는 사용에 관하여 보고하게 하거나 서류를 제출하게 할 수 있으며, 필요하면 소속 공무원에게 운수사업자의 사업장에 출입하여 장부ㆍ서류, 그 밖의 물건을 검사하거나 관계인에게 질문을 하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.3.21, 2018.4.17>

② 제1항에 따라 출입하거나 검사하는 공무원은 그 권한을 나타내는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 내보여야 하며, 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 자신의 성명, 소속 기관, 출입의 목적 및 일시 등을 적은 서류를 상대방에게 내주거나 관계 장부에 적어야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
