화물자동차 운수사업법 제48조(협회의 설립)

① 운수사업자는 화물자동차 운수사업의 건전한 발전과 운수사업자의 공동이익을 도모하기 위하여 국토교통부장관의 인가를 받아 화물자동차 운송사업, 화물자동차 운송주선사업 및 화물자동차 운송가맹사업의 종류별 또는 시ㆍ도별로 협회를 설립할 수 있다. <개정 2012.6.1, 2013.3.23, 2014.3.18, 2021.12.7>

② 협회는 법인으로 한다.

③ 협회는 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 함으로써 성립한다.

(3) An앤 association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 formed^f폼드 by바이 registering^r레지스터^r링 its잇츠 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 at앳 the^ð더 location로케이션 of어^v브 its잇츠 main메인 office.오^f피스

④ 협회를 설립하려면 해당 협회의 회원 자격이 있는 자의 5분의 1 이상이 발기하고, 회원 자격이 있는 자의 3분의 1 이상의 동의를 받아 창립총회에서 정관을 작성한 후 국토교통부장관에게 인가를 신청하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑤ 운수사업자는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 협회에 가입할 수 있다.

(5) Trucking트^r러킹 business비즈니스 operators아퍼^r레이터즈 may메이 join조인 an앤 association어소우시에이션 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 its잇츠 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association.어소우시에이션

⑥ 회원의 자격, 임원의 정수(定數) 및 선출방법, 그 밖에 협회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.

⑦ 정관을 변경하려면 국토교통부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑧ 협회의 정관의 기재사항과 감독에 필요한 사항은 국토교통부령으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑨ 협회에 관하여는 이 법에 규정된 사항 외에는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
