혼인신고특례법 제2조(혼인신고)
(혼인신고) 혼인신고 의무자 중 어느 한쪽이 제1조에 따른 사유로 사망한 경우에는 생존한 당사자가 가정법원의 확인을 받아 단독으로 혼인신고를 할 수 있다.
