Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Execution of Sentences and the Treatment of Inmates, Article 146 (Notification of Death)
소장은 법 제127조에 따라 수용자의 사망 사실을 알리는 경우에는 사망 일시ㆍ장소 및 사유도 같이 알려야 한다.
When notifying the death of an inmate under Article 127 of the Act, the warden shall also notify the date, time, place and cause of death.
