해양수산과학기술 육성법 제15조(기술영향평가 및 기술수준평가)

① 해양수산부장관은 새로운 해양수산과학기술이 해양수산 관련 산업에 미치는 영향과 파급효과 등에 대하여 사전에 기술영향평가를 실시하고, 그 결과를 기본계획에 반영할 수 있다.

② 해양수산부장관은 해양수산과학기술 발전을 촉진하기 위하여 해양수산과학기술 중 중요한 핵심기술에 대하여 기술수준평가를 실시하고, 기술수준의 향상을 위한 시책을 수립ㆍ추진하여야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 기술영향평가 및 제2항에 따른 기술수준평가의 범위와 절차 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
