한부모가족지원법 제17조의5(청소년 한부모의 건강진단)

① 국가와 지방자치단체는 청소년 한부모의 건강증진을 위하여 건강진단을 실시할 수 있다.

② 국가와 지방자치단체는 제1항에 따른 건강진단의 결과를 청소년 한부모 본인에게 알려주어야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 State스테잇 and앤드 local로우클 governments거^v버먼츠 shall섈 inform인^f폼 each이치 youth유^θ스 single싱글 parent페^r런트 of어^v브 the^ð더 results^r리절츠 of어^v브 his히즈 or오 her허 health헬^θ스 checkup체컵 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1).

③ 국가와 지방자치단체는 제1항과 제2항에 따른 건강진단의 실시와 그 결과 통보를 전문기관 또는 단체에 위탁할 수 있다.

(3) The^ð더 State스테잇 and앤드 local로우클 governments거^v버먼츠 may메이 entrust엔트^r러스트 specialized스페셜라이즈드 institutions인스티투션즈 or오 organizations오거너제이션즈 with위^ð드 conducting컨덕팅 health헬^θ스 checkups체컵스 and앤드 notifying노우터^f파이잉 the^ð더 results^r리절츠 under언더 paragraphs패^r러그^r래^f프스 (1) and앤드 (2).

④ 제1항에 따른 건강진단의 대상과 기준은 대통령령으로 정하고, 건강진단의 신청, 방법 및 제2항에 따른 결과의 통보 등에 필요한 사항은 여성가족부령으로 정한다.
