한국학중앙연구원 육성법 제4조(연구요원 등의 파견)

① 연구원은 그 목적을 달성하기 위하여 특히 필요한 경우에는 교육부장관을 거쳐 국가ㆍ지방자치단체 또는 교육기관ㆍ연구단체에 대하여 연구요원 등의 파견을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 제1항에 따른 요청을 받은 기관 또는 단체의 장은 연구원과 협의하여 그 소속원을 연구원에 파견할 수 있다.

③ 제2항에 따라 연구원에 파견된 사람은 파견 기간 중 본래의 소속 기관에서 근무하는 것으로 보며, 파견을 이유로 신분상 불리한 처우를 받지 아니한다.
