한국농어촌공사 및 농지관리기금법 시행규칙 제9조(매매가격의 결정기준)

① 공사가 법 제18조제1항제1호에 따라 매매하는 농지의 가격은 매매당사자 간의 합의에 따라 결정하되, 「부동산 가격공시에 관한 법률」에 따른 공시지가와 인근 지역의 실제 거래가격 등을 고려하여 결정한다. <개정 2023.8.1>
