한국국제보건의료재단법 제17조(출연금)

①정부는 재단의 설립ㆍ운영에 소요되는 경비에 충당하기 위하여 예산의 범위 안에서 출연할 수 있다.

②제1항의 규정에 따른 출연금의 교부ㆍ사용 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
