풍속영업의 규제에 관한 법률 제6조(위반사항의 통보 등)

① 경찰서장은 풍속영업자나 대통령령으로 정하는 종사자가 제3조를 위반하면 그 사실을 허가관청에 알리고 과세에 필요한 자료를 국세청장에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2016.5.29>

② 제1항에 따른 통보를 받은 허가관청은 그 내용에 따라 허가취소ㆍ영업정지ㆍ시설개수 명령 등 필요한 행정처분을 한 후 그 결과를 경찰서장에게 알려야 한다.

③ 경찰청장 및 지방자치단체의 장은 제2항에 따른 행정처분을 받은 풍속영업소에 관한 정보를 공유하기 위하여 정보공유시스템을 구축ㆍ운영하여야 한다. <신설 2015.3.27>
