평생교육법 제37조(언론기관 부설 평생교육시설)

① 신문ㆍ방송 등 언론기관을 경영하는 자는 해당 언론매체를 통하여 다양한 평생교육프로그램을 방영하는 등 국민의 평생교육진흥에 기여하여야 한다.

② 대통령령으로 정하는 언론기관을 경영하는 자는 일반 국민을 대상으로 교양의 증진과 능력향상을 위한 평생교육시설을 설치ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

③ 제2항에 따른 언론기관 부설 평생교육시설을 설치하고자 하는 자는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 교육감에게 신고하여야 한다. 이를 폐쇄하고자 하는 경우에는 그 사실을 교육감에게 통보하여야 한다.
