평생교육법 제22조(정보화 관련 평생교육의 진흥)

① 국가 및 지방자치단체는 각급학교ㆍ민간단체ㆍ기업 등과 연계하여 교육의 정보화와 이와 관련된 평생교육과정의 개발을 위하여 노력하여야 한다.

② 국가 및 지방자치단체는 각급학교ㆍ평생교육기관 등이 필요한 인적자원을 활용할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 강사에 관한 정보를 수집ㆍ제공하는 제도를 운영할 수 있다.
