특수임무유공자 예우 및 단체설립에 관한 법률 제11조의4(조사ㆍ질문 등)

① 국가보훈부장관은 교육지원 대상 자격 확인을 위하여 교육지원 희망자 및 교육지원 수급자(제11조제3항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람으로서 교육지원을 받고 있는 사람을 말한다. 이하 같다)와 그 가구원에 대하여 필요한 서류나 그 밖에 소득ㆍ재산 등에 관한 자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있으며, 소속 공무원으로 하여금 교육지원 희망자 및 교육지원 수급자와 그 가구원의 주거, 그 밖에 필요한 장소에 출입하여 서류 등을 조사하게 하거나 관계인에게 필요한 질문을 하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2023.3.4, 2025.1.21>

② 제1항에 따라 출입ㆍ조사ㆍ질문을 하는 사람은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 내보여야 한다.

③ 국가보훈부장관은 교육지원 희망자 및 교육지원 수급자와 그 가구원이 제1항에 따른 서류 또는 자료의 제출을 거부하거나 조사ㆍ질문을 거부ㆍ방해 또는 기피하는 경우에는 교육지원 신청을 각하하거나 교육지원을 중지할 수 있다. <개정 2023.3.4, 2025.1.21>

④ 제1항에 따른 조사ㆍ질문의 범위ㆍ시기 및 내용에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
