특수외국어 교육 진흥에 관한 법률 제11조(자료 제공의 요청)

교육부장관은 특수외국어 교육 진흥 업무를 수행하기 위하여 관계 행정기관, 교육ㆍ연구기관 및 단체의 장에게 필요한 자료 또는 정보의 제공을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 제공을 요청받은 기관ㆍ단체의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.
