콘텐츠산업 진흥법 제20조의2(콘텐츠공제조합의 설립)

① 콘텐츠사업자는 상호협동과 자율적인 경제활동을 도모하고 콘텐츠산업의 건전한 발전을 위하여 문화체육관광부장관의 인가를 받아 각종 자금 대여와 보증 등을 행하는 콘텐츠공제조합(이하 "공제조합"이라 한다)을 설립할 수 있다.

② 공제조합은 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð더 mutual뮤추얼 aid에이드 association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 공제조합의 설립인가 절차, 정관 기재사항, 운영 및 감독 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2018.6.12>

④ 출자금 총액의 변경등기는 「민법」 제52조에도 불구하고 매 회계연도 말 현재를 기준으로 하여 회계연도 종료 후 3개월 이내에 등기할 수 있다.

⑤ 공제조합에 관하여 이 법에서 규정한 것을 제외하고는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
