콘텐츠산업 진흥법 제11조(공공정보의 이용 활성화)

① 국가, 지방자치단체, 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 공공기관의 장(이하 "공공기관의 장"이라 한다)은 그 공공기관이 보유ㆍ관리하는 정보 중 「공공기관의 정보공개에 관한 법률」 제9조에 따른 비공개대상정보를 제외한 정보(이하 "공공정보"라 한다)를 공개하는 경우에는 콘텐츠사업자로 하여금 해당 정보를 콘텐츠제작 등에 이용하도록 할 수 있다.

② 공공기관의 장은 공공정보의 이용을 활성화하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공공정보에 대한 이용 조건ㆍ방법 등을 정하고 이를 공개하여야 한다.
