Immigration Act, Article 88-3 (Inspection and Issuance of Foreigner Stay Confirmations)

① 특정 건물 또는 시설의 소재지를 체류지로 신고한 외국인의 성명과 체류지 변경 일자를 확인할 수 있는 서류(이하 "외국인체류확인서"라 한다)를 열람하거나 교부받으려는 자는 지방출입국ㆍ외국인관서의 장이나 읍ㆍ면ㆍ동의 장 또는 출장소장에게 신청할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 외국인체류확인서 열람이나 교부를 신청할 수 있는 자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자로 한다.

가. 관계 법령에 따라 경매참가자가 경매에 참가하려는 경우

나. 「신용정보의 이용 및 보호에 관한 법률」 제2조제5호라목에 따른 신용조사회사 또는 「감정평가 및 감정평가사에 관한 법률」 제2조제4호에 따른 감정평가법인 등이 임차인의 실태 등을 확인하려는 경우
