출입국관리법 제66조의4(외국인보호위원회의 설치)

① 외국인 보호ㆍ재보호에 대한 이의 심사, 보호기간 연장 승인 등에 관한 업무를 수행하기 위하여 법무부에 외국인보호위원회를 둔다.
