협회는 지부 또는 지회(이하 "지부"라 한다)를 설치한 경우에는 설치 후 14일 이내에 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설치된 지부의 명칭, 소재지 및 설치 연월일을 등기해야 한다. 다만, 협회의 설립과 동시에 지부를 설치한 경우에는 지부의 설치등기를 협회의 설립등기와 함께 한다.
