초ㆍ중등교육법 시행령 제104조의3(교육비 지원 통지 및 지원 내용의 제공 등)

① 학교의 장은 법 제60조의6제1항에 따라 교육비 지원을 신청한 학생 또는 그 학생을 법률상ㆍ사실상 보호하고 있는 사람(이하 "교육비신청자"라 한다)에게 교육비 지원 여부를 알려주어야 한다. 이 경우 학교의 장은 문서, 구술, 전자문서 또는 정보통신망을 통하여 알려줄 수 있다. <개정 2016.8.2, 2025.9.16>

② 학교의 장은 교육비를 지원 받은 학생이 전학하거나 상급학교에 진학하는 경우에는 해당 학생이 계속해서 교육비를 지원받을 수 있도록 교육비 지원을 받은 내용 등 관련 자료를 해당 학생이 전학하거나 진학하는 학교의 장에게 제공할 수 있다.
