청소년 보호법 제8조(등급 구분 등)

① 청소년보호위원회와 각 심의기관은 제7조에 따라 매체물을 심의ㆍ결정하는 경우 청소년유해매체물로 심의ㆍ결정하지 아니한 매체물에 대하여는 그 매체물의 특성, 청소년 유해의 정도, 이용시간과 장소 등을 고려하여 이용 대상 청소년의 나이에 따른 등급을 구분할 수 있다. <개정 2015.6.22>
