채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제543조(채권자의 이의신청)

①파산채권자는 제542조의 규정에 의한 공고가 있은 날부터 14일 이내에 파산폐지신청에 관하여 법원에 이의를 신청할 수 있다.
