채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제512조(이의있는 채권자 및 별제권자의 배당제외)

①이의있는 채권에 관하여는 채권자가 배당공고가 있은 날부터 기산하여 14일 이내에 파산관재인에 대하여 채권조사확정재판을 신청하거나 제463조제1항의 소송을 제기하거나 소송을 수계한 것을 증명하지 아니한 때에는 그 배당으로부터 제외된다.

②별제권자가 제1항의 규정에 의한 배당제외기간 안에 파산관재인에 대하여 그 권리의 목적의 처분에 착수한 것을 증명하고, 그 처분에 의하여 변제를 받을 수 없는 채권액을 소명하지 아니한 때에는 배당에서 제외된다.
