참전유공자 예우 및 단체설립에 관한 법률 시행령 제12조의2(주택의 우선 공급)

① 국가, 지방자치단체 또는 「주택법」 제54조에 따라 민영주택을 건설ㆍ공급하는 사업주체(이하 이 조에서 "주택공급자"라 한다)가 건설ㆍ공급하는 주택을 법 제12조의3제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 참전유공자에게 우선 공급하는 경우 구체적인 절차 및 방법은 「주택법」에서 정하는 바에 따른다.

(1) The^ð더 specific스퍼시^f픽 procedures프^r러시저즈 and앤드 methods메^θ써즈 for^f포 the^ð더 State,스테잇 a어 local로우클 government,거^v버먼트 or오 a어 project프^r라젝트 operator아퍼^r레이터 that^ð댓 constructs컨스트^r럭츠 and앤드 supplies서플라이즈 private프^r라이^v벗 housing하우징 under언더 Article아터클 54 of어^v브 the^ð더 Housing하우징 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 in인 this^ð디스 Article아터클 as애즈 a어 "housing하우징 supplier")서플라이어 to투 give기^v브 priority프^r라이오^r러티 in인 supplying서플라이잉 housing하우징 it잇 constructs컨스트^r럭츠 and앤드 supplies서플라이즈 to투 war워 veterans^v베터^r런즈 of어^v브 distinguished디스팅귀시트 service,서^v비스 under언더 Article아터클 12-3 (1) or오 (2) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 shall섈 be비 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 in인 the^ð더 Housing하우징 Act.액트

② 국가보훈부장관은 주택공급자가 제1항에서 정하는 바에 따라 참전유공자에게 주택을 우선 공급하는 경우 법 제12조의3제3항 전단에 따른 신청자 중에서 무주택기간, 생활수준, 희생ㆍ공헌도 등을 고려하여 국가보훈부장관이 정하는 기준에 따라 주택 공급 물량에 맞게 대상자를 선정하여 주택공급자에게 추천하여야 한다. <개정 2023.5.23>
