집회 및 시위에 관한 법률 제17조(질서유지인의 준수 사항 등)

①질서유지인은 주최자의 지시에 따라 집회 또는 시위 질서가 유지되도록 하여야 한다.

③질서유지인은 참가자 등이 질서유지인임을 쉽게 알아볼 수 있도록 완장, 모자, 어깨띠, 상의 등을 착용하여야 한다.

④관할경찰관서장은 집회 또는 시위의 주최자와 협의하여 질서유지인의 수(數)를 적절하게 조정할 수 있다.

⑤집회나 시위의 주최자는 제4항에 따라 질서유지인의 수를 조정한 경우 집회 또는 시위를 개최하기 전에 조정된 질서유지인의 명단을 관할경찰관서장에게 알려야 한다.
