집합건물의 소유 및 관리에 관한 법률 제52조의9(조정의 효력)

① 당사자가 제52조의6제5항에 따라 조정안을 수락하면 조정위원회는 지체 없이 조정서 3부를 작성하여 위원장 및 각 당사자로 하여금 조정서에 서명날인하게 하여야 한다.
