지역방송발전지원 특별법 제10조(위원회의 구성)

① 위원회는 위원장ㆍ부위원장 각 1명을 포함한 9명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 위원장은 방송미디어통신위원회 위원장이 방송미디어통신위원회 상임위원 중에서 위촉한 1명으로 하며, 부위원장은 위원장이 위원회의 동의를 얻어 위원 중에서 1명을 위촉한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 one원 person퍼슨 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Media미디아 and앤드 Communications커뮤너케이션즈 Commission커미션 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 standing스탠딩 commissioners커미셔너즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Media미디아 and앤드 Communications커뮤너케이션즈 Commission,커미션 and앤드 the^ð더 vice^v바이스 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 one원 person퍼슨 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 consent컨센트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee.커미티

③ 위원장을 제외한 위원은 지역방송에 관하여 전문성과 경험이 풍부하고 덕망이 있는 사람 중에서 방송미디어통신위원회 위원장이 위촉하되, 다음 각 호에 해당하는 사람을 포함하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

(3) Members멤버즈 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Media미디아 and앤드 Communications커뮤너케이션즈 Commission커미션 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 abundant어번던트 expertise엑스퍼티즈 and앤드 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 regional^r리저늘 broadcasting브^r로드캐스팅 and앤드 of어^v브 good굿 repute,^r리퓻 and앤드 shall섈 include인클루드 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

④ 위원의 임기는 3년으로 하되, 한 차례만 연임할 수 있다.

(4) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 three^θ쓰^r리 years,이어즈 and앤드 they^ð데이 may메이 be비 reappointed^r리어포인티드 only온리 once.원스

⑤ 위원장, 부위원장 또는 위원의 결원이 생긴 경우 결원된 날부터 30일 이내에 제2항 및 제3항에 따라 그 결원된 위원을 위촉한다. 보궐위원 등의 임기는 전임자 임기의 남은 기간으로 한다. <개정 2020.6.9>

(5) Where웨어 a어 vacancy^v베이컨시 occurs어커즈 in인 the^ð더 position퍼지션 of어^v브 chairperson,체어퍼슨 vice^v바이스 chairperson,체어퍼슨 or오 member,멤버 the^ð더 vacancy^v베이컨시 shall섈 be비 filled^f필드 by바이 commissioning커미셔닝 a어 member멤버 under언더 paragraphs패^r러그^r래^f프스 (2) and앤드 (3) within위^ð딘 30 days데이즈 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 date데잇 of어^v브 the^ð더 vacancy.^v베이컨시 The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 a어 substitute서브스터툿 member,멤버 etc.엣세터^r러 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 remainder^r리메인더 of어^v브 the^ð더 predecessor's프^r레더세서즈 term.텀

⑥ 그 밖에 위원회의 조직 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
