지방행정제재ㆍ부과금의 징수 등에 관한 법률 제7조의4(징수촉탁)

① 이 법 또는 지방행정제재ㆍ부과금관계법에 따라 지방행정제재ㆍ부과징수금을 납부할 자의 주소 또는 재산이 다른 지방자치단체에 있을 때에는 징수공무원은 그 주소지 또는 재산 소재지의 징수공무원에게 그 징수를 촉탁할 수 있다. <개정 2020.3.24>

② 제1항에 따라 징수를 촉탁하는 경우 촉탁을 받은 징수공무원이 속하는 지방자치단체는 촉탁을 받은 사무의 비용과 송금비용 및 체납처분비를 부담하되, 징수한 지방행정제재ㆍ부과징수금에서 다음 각 호의 금액을 뺀 나머지 금액을 촉탁한 징수공무원이 속하는 지방자치단체에 송금하여야 한다. <개정 2020.3.24>

③ 지방자치단체는 상호 간에 지방행정제재ㆍ부과징수금의 징수촉탁에 관한 협약을 체결할 수 있다. 이 경우 징수촉탁에 관한 협약에는 징수촉탁사무의 내용과 범위, 촉탁사무의 관리 및 처리비용, 경비의 부담 등에 관한 사항을 정하여야 한다. <개정 2020.3.24>
