지방자치법 시행령 제43조(행정사무 감사 또는 조사 계획서)

① 제42조에 따른 소관 상임위원회나 특별위원회(이하 "감사ㆍ조사위원회"라 한다)는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 감사 또는 조사 계획서(이하 "감사ㆍ조사계획서"라 한다)를 작성하여 본회의에 제출하고 그 승인을 받아 감사하거나 조사한다.

② 본회의는 감사ㆍ조사계획서를 검토한 다음 의결로써 승인하거나 반려한다.

(2) The^ð더 plenary플레너^r리 session세션 shall섈 review^r리^v뷰 the^ð디 audit오딧 and앤드 investigation인^v베스터게이션 plan플랜 and앤드 then^ð덴 approve어프^r루^v브 or오 return^r리턴 it잇 by바이 resolution.^r레절루션

③ 의장은 감사ㆍ조사계획서가 본회의에서 승인되면 지체 없이 지방자치단체의 장에게 통보해야 한다.

(3) When웬 the^ð디 audit오딧 and앤드 investigation인^v베스터게이션 plan플랜 is이즈 approved어프^r루^v브드 by바이 the^ð더 plenary플레너^r리 session,세션 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 without위^ð다웃 delay딜레이 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 local로우클 government.거^v버먼트

④ 제42조에 따라 본회의에서 직접 감사하거나 조사하는 경우 지방의회는 제1항제2호부터 제5호까지의 사항을 적은 감사ㆍ조사계획서를 작성하여 의결하고, 지체 없이 지방자치단체의 장에게 통보해야 한다.
