Act on the Establishment and Operation of Local Medical Centers, Article 6 (Articles of Incorporation)

① 지방의료원의 정관에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다. <개정 2015.1.28>

② 지방의료원의 정관을 변경하려는 경우에는 지방자치단체의 장의 인가를 받아야 한다.
