지방세법 시행령 제65조(담배의 반출신고)

① 법 제55조에 따른 반출신고는 반출한 날이 속하는 달의 다음 달 5일까지 행정안전부령으로 정하는 신고서에 지난 달 특별시ㆍ광역시ㆍ특별자치시ㆍ특별자치도ㆍ시 및 군(이하 이 장에서 "시ㆍ군"이라 한다)별 판매량을 적은 자료를 첨부하여 제조장 또는 주사무소 소재지를 관할하는 시장ㆍ군수에게 해야 한다. 다만, 제68조제2항 각 호 외의 부분 단서에 따른 수입판매업자의 경우에는 지난 달 시ㆍ군별 판매량을 적은 자료를 첨부하지 않을 수 있다. <개정 2012.4.10, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2019.12.31>
