Regulations on the Service of Local Public Officials, Article 2-2 (Types of Emergency Duty)

비상근무는 그 상황에 따라 다음 각 호와 같이 구분하여 발령한다.

1. 비상근무 제1호는 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에 발령한다.

1. Emergency이머전시 Duty두티 No.노우 1 shall섈 be비 issued이슈드 in인 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 cases:케이시즈

가. 전시ㆍ사변 또는 이에 준하는 비상사태가 발생하였거나 발생이 임박하여 긴장이 최고조에 이른 경우

(a)어 Where웨어 wartime,워타임 a어 national내셔늘 emergency,이머전시 or오 a어 similar시멀러 emergency이머전시 situation시추에이션 has해즈 occurred어커드 or오 is이즈 imminent이머넌트 and앤드 tension텐션 has해즈 reached^r리치트 its잇츠 peak;픽 or오

나. 지방자치단체 관할 지역에서 적의 침투ㆍ도발이 있는 경우

2. 비상근무 제2호는 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에 발령한다.

나. 천재지변, 그 밖에 이에 준하는 사유로 사회불안이 조성되고 사회질서가 교란될 우려가 있는 경우

(b)비 Where웨어 social소우실 unrest언^r레스트 is이즈 created크^r리에이티드 and앤드 there^ð데어 is이즈 a어 concern컨선 that^ð댓 social소우실 order오더 will윌 be비 disturbed디스터브드 owing오우잉 to투 a어 natural내처^r럴 disaster디재스터 or오 other어^ð더 similar시멀러 grounds;그^r라운즈 or오

다. 지방자치단체 관할 지역에서 적의 침투ㆍ도발 위협으로 긴장이 고조된 경우

3. 비상근무 제3호는 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에 발령한다.

가. 전시ㆍ사변 또는 이에 준하는 비상사태와 관련된 징후가 현저하게 증가된 경우

다. 다른 지방자치단체 관할 지역에서 적의 침투ㆍ도발 또는 그 위협이 있는 경우

4. 비상근무 제4호는 제1호부터 제3호까지에서 규정된 경우 외에 위기상황에 신속하게 대응할 필요가 있거나 재해ㆍ재난, 그 밖의 긴급상황 발생 등으로 비상근무가 필요하다고 인정되는 경우에 발령한다.
