중앙지방협력회의의 구성 및 운영에 관한 법률 제4조(심의 결과의 활용)

① 국가 및 지방자치단체는 협력회의의 심의 결과를 존중하고 성실히 이행하여야 한다.

② 국가 및 지방자치단체는 심의 결과에 따른 조치 계획 및 이행 결과를 협력회의에 보고하여야 한다.

③ 국가 또는 지방자치단체는 제1항에도 불구하고 심의 결과를 이행하기 어려운 특별한 사유가 있는 경우에는 그 사유와 향후 조치 계획을 협력회의에 보고하여야 한다.
