주차장법 제19조의14(기계식주차장치 보수업의 등록 등)

① 기계식주차장치 보수업(이하 "보수업"이라 한다)을 하려는 자는 국토교통부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장에게 등록하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 제1항에 따라 보수업의 등록을 하려는 자는 대통령령으로 정하는 기술인력과 설비를 갖추어야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따라 보수업의 등록을 한 자(이하 "보수업자"라 한다)는 기계식주차장치를 보수하는 보수원의 사고를 예방하기 위하여 소속 보수원으로 하여금 국토교통부장관이 정하는 기계식주차장치 안전관리에 관한 교육(이하 "보수원 안전교육"이라 한다)을 받도록 하여야 한다. <신설 2023.8.16>

④ 보수업자는 고용하고 있는 보수원이 보수원 안전교육을 받는 데 필요한 경비를 부담하며, 이를 이유로 해당 보수원에게 불리한 처분을 하여서는 아니 된다. <신설 2023.8.16>

⑤ 제3항 및 제4항에 따른 보수원 안전교육의 시간ㆍ내용ㆍ방법 및 주기 등에 필요한 사항은 국토교통부령으로 정한다. <신설 2023.8.16>
