① 법 제27조의2제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 보호자"란 다음 각 호의 사람을 말한다. <개정 2021.1.5>

② 법 제27조의2에 따라 관계 공무원에게 중증장애인을 방문하여 주민등록증을 발급ㆍ재발급(이하 이 조에서 "방문 발급ㆍ재발급"이라 한다)해 줄 것을 신청하는 사람은 별지 제30호서식 및 별지 제32호서식의 신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2016.12.30>

④ 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 제2항에 따른 신청을 받은 경우에는 방문 발급ㆍ재발급 대상에 해당하는지를 결정하여 신청을 받은 날부터 3일 이내에 신청인에게 통보하여야 한다. 이 경우 방문 발급ㆍ재발급 대상인 중증장애인에 대해서는 방문일자 및 방문자 등의 사항을 함께 통보하되, 방문일자는 통보일부터 7일 이내의 범위에서 정하여야 한다. <개정 2015.11.26>
