종합부동산세법 제20조(분납)

관할세무서장은 종합부동산세로 납부하여야 할 세액이 250만원을 초과하는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 세액의 일부를 납부기한이 지난 날부터 6개월 이내에 분납하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2008.12.26, 2018.12.31, 2020.6.9>
